Sometimes in life we meet people and do not know why. Yet they come into our lives for either a brief period of time or forever they stay! That since I have only been blogging for a short time I have met some who appear to have remain steadfast here by my side. For that I want to say "Thank You!" Though these two words do not really describe how I feel. I felt I needed to say them.
That when I was going through my rough patch with my lungs you all were there with your wonderful words of encouragement & prayers! To me that really showed me how wonderful are. Plus the kind of compassionate people you are also! For some reason you were put into my path of life and I am so happy and thankful that you were! And to think you still checked in on me even when I was not blogging! LOL
I am trying to get back into the flow of blogging on a regular basis. Though at times I do get discouraged. Guess because I feel at times as though I really do not have much to say. MY "Tastier Tuesdays" did not draw much response so I decided to drop it. Instead I will just post a recipe ever now and then. It is not that I did not want to do it, I just lost interest in it myself. Plus this winter has not been to kind to me either. Still I am trying to think of other things to blog about. Some things I honestly will not blog about. Mostly because it will cross certain boundaries!
Anyway back to thanking you all. The saying up above just says so much! That it for me describes you all! That I honestly do not think I could forget any of you. Each one of you have a unique talent of your own. It is shown through each of your blogs!!! And I honestly do get a laugh, shed a tear, and at one time or another about choke on my coffee when I read your blogs! :-) But most of all I do take something away from each of them. And that is a lesson in itself. So for that I again applaud each of you!
So here is to my blogging buddies and friends in the world! Take care and know even if I do not have much to say here on my own blog. I am checking in on yours! Blessings to you all and Happy St. Patricks' Day!

Aren't you just the sweetiest of sweeties? I'm glad you're still putting some recipes up for me to attempt. Hey, Josie got some beautiful princess shoes with her gift card. Jake got a caterpillar bulldozer that makes noise with his! Thank you Nana Net! You are loved dearly!
I love your blog. Because it's you. It's your blog and you can write whatever you like, whenever you'd like. You need to stay true to who you are, I think in blogging. Heck I write about some things that I know won't get many comments, about fitness for example. But I do it anyway, it's my blog. =) We've all experienced it...I call it the Bloggy Block Blues. Sometimes I'm laying low and others, I'm on fire with ideas.
You are the sweetest lady. If we lived closer, maybe we could hook up and go for a cup of coffee. In your post you mentioned coffee. I just made me a cup of coffee because that sounded good. Cheers to you friend!
I'm amazed at how much I get from the blogs I visit, yours included. Sometimes we get the feeling that the world is full of scoundrels and rotters, but there are AT LEAST as many nice folks out there. All we have to do is go out and find them. Nice work here. Thanks!
how true are your words! I feel 100% the same as you. Oh the things I would blog about--but I know some could not handle it. I'm learning still it appears that most readers and posters of blogs seem to want only upbeat, away from anything harsh, posts. Maybe its because life for alot of us is so hard and this is one place people can come to and hopefully get a smile, an idea, a pat on the back etc. I like to think its that way.
I"ve tried a couple of times to "branch " out and I knew right away I touched on subjects that people dont want to talk about.
I"m not heavy into home decorating so I know I dont attract alot of ladies because it seems so many are into that. For one, I dont have a big house, nor alot of money and honestly, I think I stink at decorating anyway--lol.
Soo, I just keep posting away at things I hope folks will enjoy reading.
I do think you should go back to your Tastier Tuesdays...you know why? Because it was your idea--you LIKE it and even though it didnt attract alot--in time it may.
I've been blogging for months--and I tell you--its very difficult to gain new friends that stick around. So I say, just do what you like and go visit other blogs as often as you can and hopefully in time, you will have regular posters that you come to know and they you.
I love recipes--and even I keep forgetting to add new ones. Once the weather warms up, I'll add my summer drinks and other things that are really good.
What about putting your recipes on your sidebar like I have--so when folks come around they can find them and use them if they happen to be looking for something new to make?
I love your Winnie the Pooh background. It's adorable. Thank you for the kind words about friends.
I didn't start blogging to build a huge audience, I started just for fun. I post a little of this and a little of that but I don't set up any rigid schedule or style.
I don't decorate my home as a hobby nor do I collect dishes but I love looking at blogs where the women have dishes and decorating savvy.
I'm not a gourmet cook but I love looking at recipes and I try those I think my capabilities can handle.
Some weeks I photo hunt but if the topic doesn't match my photos, I skip that week. I've also started participating in Food Fridays but I don't think I have to post every week. It's just fun surfing the other blogs and seeing all the different ideas even if I don't have a recipe that week.
Do what you want, when you want and enjoy the friends you meet along the way is my motto! Again, thank you for the kind words about finding friends in the blog world. I'll look forward to seeing either your Tasty Tuesdays or just an occasional recipe on your blog.
When I clicked over to your blog this morning ... WOW ... I was greeted by SPRING! Your background is beautiful! :)
There are times when I can't bring myself to look at my blog or write a single word ... it's as though it becomes too big of a responsibility and I want to run away from it. That's when I know I need to get out of the house and breathe some fresh air. :)
Isn't if funny how we become close to people we've never actually met. I first realized that with you. When you were ill and stopped blogging, I kept checking your blog to see if there was any news ... and I worried. I thought ... if she never comes back to blogging ... how will we know if she's ok? I can't even tell you the relief I felt when you came back. This "blogosphere" is a unique place with unique relationships! :)
How's little Sugar doing? That post broke my heart! Such a little thing!

You're a nice person, so why wouldn't folks care about you and like you? What's not to like?
Speaking of like, I really like the Eeyore (and others) wallpaper!
